Leave your homes or be murdered!
So I was in hope in my last blog post: Peace in Israel/Lebanon close. Then the horror of the massacre in Qana in South Lebanon. It sickened me to see Israelis interviewed on TV saying that they regretted that civilians died but that they were warned to leave! It seems the same tactic is being used in Gaza. The Guardian have this article: The call that tells you: run, you’re about to lose your home and possessions. Sorry guys, this is not a valid response. These people you are telling to leave have no way of leaving, no fuel for any cars. You just go warn them and then bomb them.
The USA are continuing to send munitions to Israel refuelling their transport planes in Britain. Another Guardian article: Beckett ‘unhappy’ with US military use of Scottish airport. It is probably these munitions that were used to perpetrate these war crimes in Lebanon. For humanity’s sake, please please stop supplying weapons to Israel. I feel asahmed to be British….
